OUR PROMISE:
- We strive to turn repairs around in a swift manner. We won’t sit on a repair
for two weeks because we know how important your phone/tablet is to you. - We will over-communicate. If we can’t get a repair done, in a timely manner,
we will let you know. Maybe a part is on back order, or we’re waiting for
parts to come in, we will tell you up front so you can make the decision if you
have to go elsewhere. In which case, we’ll be sad to see you go. - We will be honest. We will tell you if we think it’s not worth repairing your
phone or tech gadget. We will tell you if we think you should pursue your
warranty. We won’t oversell and under-deliver. - We will always make things right. It rarely happens, but if something goes
wrong on a repair or if you get home and the phone or gadget is not working,
call us. We want to make things right. You won’t hear, “Sorry, you’re out of
luck.” Click.

Here’s a true story: We repaired a customer’s broken iPhone screen. She’s happy.
She walks out to her car and drops her phone face down and the screen shatters. We
felt bad so we only charged her for the part, no labor to re-fix. Warranties help
people sleep at night but what you really want is someone who will make it right
and be fair.
